Does a match mean I am owed money?
Not yet. A match is a lead, not a confirmation, and we say so up front. We do not tell you money is owed until the institution has confirmed it. That is why we check your identity and the records first.
What if I change my mind?
Before you sign, you can stop at any time with no cost. Our agreement is written in plain language and explains exactly how it can be ended afterwards.
How did you get my details?
Your name or ID number matched a record of funds held in a deceased estate. We will tell you which record when we speak to you. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will record that.
Will you tell me how much there is?
We will tell you what the record shows once you have signed with us. Until the institution confirms a claim, that figure is potential, not guaranteed.
