Why we do this work

Losing someone is hard enough. We try to be calm, clear and honest, and we never pressure anyone. If you say no, we respect it.

Before you decide anything, we tell you who we are, why we are contacting you and what we are asking of you.

Nothing is binding until you sign. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

No PINs, passwords or one-time codes. You read our agreement before anything is binding.

We chase the institution so you do not have to, and tell you plainly what happens next.

You are told which record matched you and why we contacted you, as soon as we are able to.

Each action on your claim is logged with who did it and when.

We are not the Master of the High Court, the Guardian's Fund, a bank, an insurer or a government department.

You can always contact the institution that holds the funds and ask whether a claim exists in your name.
