How it works
From first contact to payment, step by step
Every claim follows the same steps, and you stay in control throughout. You can read our agreement, ask questions and decide whether to go ahead. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Your claim, step by step
We contact you
By phone or WhatsApp. We tell you who we are, what record we matched you to, and how we got your details.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, no questions asked.
We confirm who you are
We ask for a certified copy of your ID. Without it we cannot go further, and we do not act on a match alone.
We ask for your certified ID copy only to confirm you are who you say you are.
You decide
We send you our agreement to read. You sign only if you want us to act for you. Nothing is binding before you sign.
Nothing is binding until you sign. You read the agreement first, then choose.
We collect the documents
We tell you exactly which documents the institution requires, such as a death certificate and proof of relationship, and check them with you.
We tell you exactly what the institution needs before we ask you for anything.
We submit and follow up
We prepare and submit the claim, answer the institution’s queries, and keep you informed at each step.
We handle the back-and-forth with the institution so you do not have to.
The institution pays you
Funds are paid to your bank account.
The institution pays your own bank account, never ours.
Documents we usually need
The exact list depends on the institution. We confirm it with you before you send anything.
- Certified copy of your ID
- Death certificate of the deceased
- Proof of your relationship to the deceased
- Bank confirmation letter showing your account
Things people ask us
Is this genuine?
You can verify us by calling the number on this website and asking us to confirm your case reference. We send you our agreement to read before you are asked to sign anything. If anything feels wrong, stop and call us first.
How did you get my details?
Your name or ID number matched a record of funds held in a deceased estate. We will tell you which record when we speak to you. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will record that.
Will you tell me how much there is?
We will tell you what the record shows once you have signed with us. Until the institution confirms a claim, that figure is potential, not guaranteed.
